Marketing Projects

2023 - Current

Marketing Consultant with SMEs and other organisations delivering multiple Freelance projects and Digital Marketing Services.

Our core service is to help businesses with lead and demand generation activities and build a Marketing Funnel where each lead is nurtured via our in-house "done for you" CRM Software. Other services include Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Website, Paid Campaigns and SEO.

2021-2022

This project was focused on activating and enabling more partners to increase their sales pipeline. Here, I led the LatAm Partner Marketing Department to achieve these goals. Discovering the need for brand guidelines and other educational content that would enable the partners to get the most out of their partnerships.

Led the first LatAm Field Marketing activity on the CX segment, saw over 1000 registration with 500+ attendees. The regional sales increased by 20% within a year after repeatedly marketing via various partners in the region and increasing the organisation's brand presence in the Latin American region.

2018-2020

Hardlife

United Kingdon

Led the launch of a new product line, introducing the sister brand Hardlife Utility. In its first year alone (September 2018 - 2019), the brand achieved an impressive turnover of £250,000 in the UK. The success continued as the brand expanded to Norway and has consistently grown in revenue year after year. Currently, the Hardlife Utility product line contributes to over 50% of the company's overall revenue.

In this project, I took on various responsibilities including website design and content development, marketing and campaign management, technical SEO content and product information development. I also managed CRM, developed the Sales Playbook and supported with training the sale steam for Hardlife Utility, also overseeing the supply chain and vendor relationships with the team during the initial stages of the project. 

 

One of my notable contributions was streamlining marketing processes, enabling us to measure and optimize return on investment (ROI). This optimization directly contributed to pipeline growth by aligning product availability with market demand. By implementing these improvements, we achieved greater efficiency and effectiveness, allowing us to drive significant business growth.
